5. Who do we hold and secure your data?
We store electronic copies of your data and generally refrain from retaining hard copy documentation, wherever practicable. Where appropriate, electronic copies of data are secured using password protected computers and databases, in combination with multi-factor authentication. Our physical premises are also secured with locks, alarms and CCTV.
Where data is no longer required by law or for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we ensure that such data is destroyed.
6. Do we send your data overseas?
We are an organisation based in South Australia, Australia. The service providers we use for our business, such as information technology or software providers, may have arrangements which store data outside of Australia.
7. Do we use your data for direct marketing?
We use your data for direct marketing activities, including providing you with any event invitations, newsletters and details about upcoming promotional offers on our Products or Services, general business activities and information on our operations.

We will review your request and may require you to provide further information, to verify your identity within a reasonable period of time. We reserve the right to refuse access to your data if we are unable to verify your identity to our reasonable satisfaction.

we are entitled or required to reject a request under the Act or any other law;
we are unable to verify your identity.

We take all complaints seriously and will respond to you within a reasonable period, unless we consider your complaint to be frivolous or vexatious or if we are unable to verify your identity. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within a reasonable period, we will seek to agree an extension of time with you to resolve the matter.
