Our Quality Management System is driven by the BECKS Quality Standards (BQS) providing a structured, process-based framework incorporating risk management, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Our focus is on-time delivery and manufacturing to the highest quality. We aim to build a relationship with our customers and mutual long-term success through understanding their needs and requirements. We ensure quality and integrity across our supply chain through structured supplier evaluation and due diligence.

The BECKS Quality Standards (BQS) shall be used in compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. BECKS is a signatory of the Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA) and abide by the Code’s principles and standards where it does not conflict with our legal requirements. BECKS is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), we endeavour to operate our business in accordance with the Code of Practice (COP) and Chain of Custody (COC) standards.
